This stunning Waiheke Residence is a Stephens Lawson Architects creation. Utilising the existing footprint and extending in all directions, this project was the construction of an entire house with a high-end specification that required exactness in the build.

Urban Habitats teamed up with DesignSource to secure sustainably sourced plantation cedar for the decks and joinery, and recycled teak from demolished warehouses for all the bathroom cabinetry.

The exterior of this impressive home is covered entirely in 30mm batons with 6mm gaps, and silica bronze nailing. This attention to detail gives a stitched-on effect that required accuracy and commitment to the overall design vision.
