The Palm Beach residence was architecturally designed by Luesckhe Group and interior designed by Martin Hughes, this impressive 4 bedroom beach house with multiple living areas started out as an old leaky monolithic clad bach. Now of cedar weatherboard construction, the build needed to be executed exactly to the plans.

A massive project that incorporated all hard landscaping, from boardwalks and paths around the house and down to the beach, it is now an indoor outdoor lifestyle suited to a family of all ages.
